Sometimes I dislike my job

I hope that's normal. No, that is normal. I am normal.

I am so angry. I am tired of gossip and drama that seems to be out of control this year. So much of my energy this year is not spent on teaching, and frankly I am sick of it!

Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with gossip and drama at work?
