pessimistic
Sometimes life is hard.I have had a very defeatist attitude. I have no energy to be optimistic. I think work is so stressful and the rewards seem so far in between that is is easy to just get frustrated and not care as much. Long hard meetings, angry parents, aggressive kids, and unhappy paraprofessionals. That makes for a very bad day.
Yuck....I'm complaining.
