Don't Leave Boys in Charge (most boys anyway)

I left my brother in charge of our plans for Christmas. I have been searching for tickets to MT from several airports near both of us so that we could go together. It has been nearly a year since I have been home so I was looking forward to a quiet couple of days with virtually no plans, and perhaps some skiing! But not this year. Instead I let Chris make our plans and he decided (2 weeks before Christmas) that we were going to Seattle instead. What was I thinking?! What was he thinking?! Seattle is cold and wet! Not snowy and cozy! Yeah he got us tickets to fly out of Cleveland through Minneapolis and then decided to let me know that he booked the last seat for himself from Minneapolis and that I had a 5 hour layover there. Yippee. Then he has to convince my parents to go to Seattle as well. Okay this is kind of an adventure but on the other hand it was totally unexpected. I left Chris in charge and he flies us to the other side of the country. So lesson learned...don't leave boys in charge unless you are prepared to give up all expectations.

5 extra hours - that stinks. I know Fawn is jealous you get to see your uncle. At least you are in the west... will you be flying back with your brother and how long in Seattle?

Yah, I bet Fawn would want to meet up with you at your uncles. She talks about your Uncle a lot. :)
Hopefully there isn't more of that crazy Washington weather while you are there!
